We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are above 13 years old or older.

Refund Policy

What is LSMU’s refund policy?

Our refund policy only for tuition fees paid online. We don’t refund for another services.

Do any LSMU products have a different return policy?

We do not refund for application fees for Invitation letter.

What is LSMU’s cancellation policy for recurring billing?

We don’t do recurring billing.

How are applicant’s inquiries about the refund?

When a applicant reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer online support for the problem he / she is having. However, in some cases a service may be unsatisfactory to the applicant for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a refund may be processed. Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

What about applicant who try to abuse the return policy?

Applicant requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Applicant that violate the terms of LSMU may have their right of return revoked.

What is the policy for returns requested within 60 days?

Applicant requesting a return within 60 days of purchase may be approved by our administrative team if the applicant provides evidence that their case merits a return.

What is the policy for returns requested after 60 days?

Applicant requesting a return after 60 days will not be refund. Their fees will be adjusted for next session foe new course.

Is there any other reason why a sale might be reversed?

LSMU has every incentive to keep applicant happy by providing quality service and online support. At times, we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card industry rules, PayPal terms of service, Payza terms of services.
